Disabled iPhone:

A. Perform the Following:

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or if a message says that your iPhone is disabled, here's what to do:

  1. Go Here: If you Forgot the Passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is Disabled - Apple Support
  2. Scroll to: "Remove the passcode on iPhone X or later, iPhone SE (2nd generation), iPhone 8, and iPhone 8 Plus"

Having no computer, you'd have to take this to your local Apple Store. You'd set up a Genius Bar Appointment at your local Apple Store. You might need to bring a proof of purchase with you, such as the original sales receipt or original packaging.
