Accessing your Device After an Update:

If the most-recent update allows someone to access your device(while it has a passcode), then that is of major concern.

So, Report this to Apple:

Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue.  Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of you occurrence, if you don't report it to them.

  1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
  2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
  3. Comment: that this all began after installing an update. Include the URL of this thread.
  4. Proceed from there as necessary

Provide More:

No one hacked your iPhone. So, what exactly has occurred, leading you to this conclusion of it being hacked? If the most-recent update allows someone to access your device(while it has a passcode), then that is of major concern.

Report this to Apple:

As I mentioned, remote this to Apple. Provide the URL of each of your screenshots, when adding the comments (step 3.).

Trail cams. Or wired cams.

Cheap (Wi-Fi or wired) cams are inherently blurry. 2K in close proximity works, 2K with optical zoom is okay outside, 4K and higher is better.

Fiber for any necessary underground communications runs, preferably. This mostly for lightning.

As for the Apple gear, two-factor authentication and possibly with security keys, re-install any suspected- or known-compromised equipment, rotate credentials, update to current, etc.

And whatever IT you might try, a motivated and persistent attacker can thwart it.

But again, this is fundamentally a criminal matter, not technical. Keep a paper trail.

Breaking and entering is a police matter.

Reinstallation not restoration, rotating credentials, and two-factor with trusted paths or particularly with security keys is the usual path. And what has undoubtedly already been suggested to you in your previous reports.

How to: Better Securing Your Data, and Apple Acco… - Apple Community

If that’s not working, there’s something else going on. A camera you don’t know about, or otherwise. Or you missed a reinstall, or left a key credential unrotated, or maybe a network device. Or your adversary is exceedingly well-funded, with access to tooling worth multiple millions of dollars. Or maybe there’s a UTI or other medical cause, as I’ve encountered.

None of that has ever been in question; that there re exploits.

These exploits are rare and targeted, based on available evidence.

Here, you are reporting yourself as a target of immensely valuable exploit tooling and an immensely well-funded adversary.

You’ve undoubtedly already taken the basic steps to secure your Apple Account and device and environment too, and have considered and have acted upon the security suggestions that have previously been offered around here, or similar earlier discussions.

This puts your reported situation well outside of what assistance can be offered around here, or what assistance short of forensic access into your equipment, and some rather personal and pointed questions around your current situation, risks, your data, and potential responses or remediations. Which are all topics that going to get discussed around here, or in any other forum.

What happens next? You’ll need specialized help. Which won’t be cheap, absent you gathering forensics evidence of previous compromises, or evidence of your risks as a target. There are unfortunately far more folks that seek inexpensive or even free forensic help than there are technical providers, too.

Mr Hoffman if u are interested I would be greatful for any extra insight u have. I can contact u on a different platform like yahoo mail or even provide u my phone number. I am an almost 55 and retired from 23 years active duty Marines. I am a prisoner in my own home. Every window and door fully plywooded. 53 cameras and stadium lights finally put the brakes on her getting in. I spent 3400.00 on locks alone also. I now know what these lifelong criminals are capable of when u live rural and no one can view your house. In this case it was my peace, my retirement hermit cabin and now I can only sell and move on. Yes the law is involved but that was over a year ago. If u pass me by so be it I understand. If u knew what I was battling u may be sympathetic. I hope to come out ahead and live though this. Can’t say anymore on this platform but I’m on the front line for our country in my battle

Thank u for your time Mr Hoffman. This one is it all for the challenge of handing me my butt over and over. She can’t drive and I am unfortunately walking distance from her place. For the really risky times Halloween masks come out. She’s trying her best to run me off so she takes over as a squatter. She can’t drive get her hands on whatever she needs because unfortunately has convictions for participating in organized crime. Honestly I am way out of my league. I caught to hard for my freedom to loose it over an extreme dealer of death. I will have to figure something out. The pocket WiFi jammers do just good enough job to make things blurry and not hold up in court. CCTV cams all around it is
