Every time i try playing a song in apple music it skips them all

so whenever i try to use apple music (downloaded version) it would skip through all the songs in the playlist and then stop playing music i never even used apple music on PC before this i would use the web browser but every time i try playing the song on the web version it would just make everything faster and it would not play the music at all i don't know what to do and wondering if anyone can help
