Unresolved Apple Music bug: first track in wrong album for multiple artists

The question was originally posted by Jezfu on September 18, 2024. One answer was suggested. I have been frustrated by the same issue for more than a year. The suggested fix did not work for me, and the question has been closed. This is a bug that should have been addressed a long time ago!

Here is Jezfu's original description:

"For every artist I have in Apple Music, the first track is in the wrong album. Its usually in the album below or above, but when you open the info of the track, it says it's attached to the correct album. All of the albums are from Apple Music (ie. not my own albums loaded onto Apple Music) and none of the tracks are downloaded locally."

Has Apple done anything at all to address this issue? Have they even confirmed the issue or tried to replicate it? Users paying for Apple Music have every right to expect an app that is fully functional, not one that has unaddressed bugs.
