iPhone auto camera setting, vignette?

My iPhone 16 Pro on 18.1.1 seems to have a camera issue where it switches to a blurry, almost vignette version (possibly a crappy night mode) anyway I don’t ask it to do this, and I have to spend ages trying to get it back to the normal, sharp photo quality, apple support via chat didn’t help, but it’s a hard issue to describe

Pls help haha I don’t want dark blurry photos
