How can I resolve 'media is still on camera' error in iMovie after updating to OS 13.7.3?

ran Onyx on the mini post 13.7.4 update and that fixed the issue, so it seems.

I've had similar issues before when the OS is updated.

Some Ts don't seems to get crossed and Is, not dotted.

Safe mode means to me that Apple has issues in Ventura.

This was not an issue 2 weeks ago on 13.6.x.

If you read the 1st post, I did delete prefs and did it again.

And restarted.

Not to poke you in the eye, I do appreciate help, but not if you don't read the post.

Here's more info.

I created a new iM Library on the desktop. Imported the media into that Lib.

d&d media to a new event and project.

Quit iM.

Closed and deleted the new Lib.

Opened iM. Still shows "media is still on camera".

if the process worked a week ago on an earlier version of Ventura, why would it be a 3rd party vendor?

tried safe, no difference.
