Depends on the current temperature and humidity. 4-6 hours will usually do it if you can get the phone in a slightly warmer and dryer environment.

Do NOT use compressed air, rice, etc. to try to speed the process

If the notice is still there tomorrow, make an appointment at the Apple Store or authorized Apple service shop.
