Screen Mirror Function Missing

From what I’ve read, the screen mirroring function should be next to the orientation lock function (where it has always been). It is not there. Instead, the ringer silent function sits next to the orientation lock. I cannot find screen mirroring anywhere. I am using an iPhone 16 and on iOS 18.3.1.
