Unable to delete photos on my iPhone 15 Pro

After transferring photos and videos from PC to Windows, I can't do anything with these photos and videos, only viewing. I can't remove them from my iPhone. What to do? What kind of bug? 65 gigabytes are occupied by my photos and videos that are static now and nothing can be done with them in the Photos app

If the Apple Devices program on Windows functions, as I suspect, the way iTunes once did and Finder does now on Macs for "pushing" photos onto iPhones, the only way to remove any of those photos from the iPhone is to repeat the "push" process omitting the ones you don't want to be on the phone any longer.

The operational model made sense when computers running iTunes were pushing music and photos to dumb devices like iPods. It doesn't match some modern expectations on devices that are orders of magnitude more powerful than the old main computers.
