How do I require Touch ID for right-click autofill passwords on Mac?

Recently I noticed that as I fill my password by right-click>autofill>passwords the system ask for my Touch ID only once unless I log out or lock my MacBook. I have never used this option before. I always use the autofill option in Safari and it always asks me for Touch ID.

I noticed as I use this option (right-click autofill) once, anyone can see all my passwords until I lock the computer. Is it possible to make the system asks for a password every time I click right-click>autofill>passwords?
