Unable to upgrade Roblox due to payment method issue in Apple Account

So ive been trying to figure out why my roblox wont update and everytime i click on it to upgrade it keeps saying i need a payment method or billing stuff, i dont have any of that, i dont have a subscription on it and ive tried uninstalling but it wont let me install either, it says the same stuff. I feel like im getting my money taken cuz i never made a subscription on roblox or anything but im just very confused on why i would need to pay or have a payment method.
