Unable to access FaceTime and iMessage on Mac

I have MacBook with macOS 15.3

when I try to open FaceTime or message, it asks mail and password. But when I enter credentials, app is loading endlessly. On my iPhone everything is ok with the same account. I tried to reboot Mac and Crete a new local user but with the same result.

Cannot sign-in to iMessage or FaceTime I'm trying to launch my iMessage on my MacBook Air M1 (2020) after updating to macOS Sonoma 14.0. I click on iMessage and it asks me to login with my Apple ID, I put in the correct username and password and it tells me "an unknown error occurred". I know that my username and password are correct, I double checked them and logged into my online AppleID account. I'm having a similar issue logging into FaceTime. I previously was able to make FaceTime calls from my Mac without any problem. FYI, I do not have an iPhone, I have an Android. Why is this happening and what can I do to fix it?

FaceTime and iMessage are stuck loading forever on my MacBook Air M2 So I bought an M2 MacBook Air 2 days ago. I'm getting used to it, having only had experience with iOS and Windows. I've set it up with all the apps I need, however, when I try to log into FaceTime or iMessage, the app gets stuck in an infinite loading loop. I have even left the apps overnight, but then wake up to disappointment. I have no idea what causes this. I have tried different Apple IDs, but nothing. iMessage and FaceTime work fine on my iPhone 15, but I cannot get them to work on my laptop. I have tried the solutions on the forum: If you can’t turn on or sign in to iMessage or FaceTime on iPad, Mac, or Apple Vision Pro - Apple Support. I have even tried some sketchy keychain access deletion of some IDS's or whatever, I don't fully understand that. I have contacted apple support and while the agent was helpful, they didn't solve my issue. Instead, they offered to redirect me to an apple engineer/technician, but the problem is that I am in an unsupported region and cannot call or receive calls from them. The thing worth noting is that when I type in the wrong password in the login screen, it instantly detects that it's wrong, but when it's right, the infinite loop starts. Sometimes, FaceTime starts with the screen "Signing into FaceTime/You can make or receive calls from this Mac once FaceTime is activated." but that too is stuck loading forever. Has anyone else faced this issue?

Update. If rollback to macOS 14, face time start working.
