Logic ProX won't start on Mac mini running Mac OS 15.3

Hi

Latest everything: Logic ProX version 11.1.2, M4 Mac Mini and latest Mac OS 15.3. SSD external HDs

ISSUE: Logic Pro X was working just fine a few days ago. Tonight, I tried to open it and nothing happened. It just had that dot underneath the application in the dock (sign that it has launched) but the application won 't open.

TRIED (No result = Logic won't start, only dot beneath icon in dock):

Tried to re-install Logic by downloading again from Apple Store. No result.

Tried deleting plist in Preferences. No result.

Tried deleting plugins in the main HD (not Home folder) and reloading them again. No result

Tried deleting all plugins and restarting Logic with no plugins. No result

Tried restarting the computer. No result

Tried running CleanMyMac and ran the maintenance tasks. No result.

Logic won 't quit with Command+Q - only with Force Quit

No more ideas. Weird...

Any ideas from the community, please?...

Thanks

Antoine

***RESOLVED***

Well, not much of a scientific resolution but here it goes: The issue solved itself after POWERING DOWN to take the computer to the Apple Store (where they told me they couldn't help me because they're dealing with hardware issues, not software, so no joy there).

Upon returning home and powering up again (and this is after having re-installed earlier Logic Pro X from the Apple Store, again), I clicked on the Logic Pro X icon in my dock because...why not, and...the program started! Yes sirreee. A simple power-down and power-up again - not just restart!

Downside: I thrashed all my plugins - hundreds of them - because some on YouTube recommended this course as a solution, so now I have to re-install them...

Upside: Maybe I don't need ALL of these plugins. Time to cull...Not a bad thing. Plus I have to re-download all the Sound Library...That's a bad thing.

I hope this will be a solution (power down and then up again - not only re-starting) for those who are experiencing similar issues.

Peace

No, I cannot open a NEW session... This is really weird. My son has a similar computer to mine (M4 Mac mini) and he also has Logic installed. His version works fine, so it's not a clash of software/hardware.

Anyway, I've uploaded and sharing a short video where I go through the various tabs of Logic without being able to go any further. At the end when I quit the program crashes - happens every time now.

I mean turn the laptop's power off - turn it off - as opposed to just selecting "Restart..." from the Apple menu on the top-left. Then restart it. Also, try selecting another USB-C port to connect external peripherals, if you have any.

I don 't know if it will work for you, but that's all I did (after trying everything I know) and when I clicked on the Logic Pro icon in the dock (after the computer had been turned OFF and later ON again), Logic Pro just started, albeit from the beginning because I re-installed it. Try not to delete the program and re-installing it, because re-installing hundreds of plugins is NOT fun- just try the power OFF and ON again first.

BTW, if this had not worked for me, the next step would have been to backup the computer and re-install Mac OS - major PITA, that would have been...

Good luck! Let us know if it worked for you.
