Music keeps popping up "To play [song name] stop playing on another device."

Whenever I use Music on another device, then return to my 2024 Mac Mini M4 Pro with Sequoia 15.3, I get two banners telling me I have to stop using another device.

Problem is, I'm the only user on my account, and I never use two devices at the same time.

My other devices, an iPad and an iPhone 15 Pro, never show this banner.

Clicking through two banners to stop the bouncing Music icon is annoying, and pointless, since Music is playing despite the warning.

I'm not the first to bring this up. Please make the bad thing stop.
