Unable to recover my iPhone 13 mini with error 4013

”Iphone 13 mini want to update after apple logo loop: Iphone 13 mini wants to update after loop apple logo. After several attempts at updates or restore via a MAC, I always come back to error 4013. I don't know what to do to recover my phone.“
