Why is the sound only loud on my iPad during PS Remote Play while using HomePod?

I just got HomePod and updated the software already. I tried streaming apps and it works well except PS remote play. The sound is only loud on iPad, but the music still keeps playing on HomePod. Is there any setting that can help me to fix this while using remote play or I just have to give up?

HomePod mini stops playing music I've tried to follow all of the other threads, but still the HomePod mini just stops playing music after 1 song (when sent from pandora on the iPhone to the HomePod ((air play)) or after it gets to a commercial (when played from the home app / or having Siri play a station). It's getting really old, and upsetting that Apple has not addressed this issue with updated. HOW do I get the HomePod Mini to continuously play music??

HomePod sound dropping but only on Music app Intermittently, but few times per hour, when using Music App to play music via Apple TV /Homepod stereo pair (first generation), the sound drops out for about a minute or more - this does not occur streaming from other Apps- checked WiFi etc as suggested in previous discussions - I can only conclude that there is a fault with Music app - any suggestions would be gratefully received
