Why does ADP say I'm not in a familiar location when I'm at home on my iPhone?

My autofill puts incorrect address even though my contact card has correct address. ADP says I'm not in a familiar location when I'm on my phone sitting at my desk with my iMac that DOES know I'm home! iOS is so buggy and gets worse with every iteration. Why would anyone want to install Apple Intelligence or risk ADP when it's clearly not a well developed/tested process?
