How do I disable unwanted Apple intelligence responses in Mail and Messages?

Apple intelligence is adding unwanted and dangerous comments to mail and messages. My "stop" reply to a spam message was taken over by something like "of course I will"...in mail ,nothing useful is added I just need to get rid of it. I have tried to turn it off everywhere I can think of, but am still bedeviled.
