Missing Apple Intelligence features on iPhone 15 Pro Max after iOS 18.3 update

Why doesn't Apple Intelligence work on my iPhone 15 Pro Max?

I have upgraded my iPhone 15 pro max to ios 18.3 and I can't see Clean-up tools in photos, AI Siri, Genmoji and more... Can someone please tell me how to bring these features?

There can be reasons such as:

You haven't set the language and Siri language to a supported language
You are in the EU, where Apple Intelligence has not yet been released (coming in April)
You are in China or your phone was manufactured for the China market (to know, open Settings > General > About > Model and if it ends in CH/A), your phone isn't eligible for Apple Intelligence, regardless of where you live, until it is approved in China
