Picking up order from store
I tried to pick up my order as it said it was ready to pick up but staff in store told me that on Sundays you can’t pick up as the system doesn’t work. He said I can only pick it up after 2pm…

Then that's what the store's policies will be. We are all just fellow users here and can do nothing to alter how Apple's systems work.
