Control center apps not showing?

I have a brand new m2 ipad pro 11”. I wanted to screen record and realized the apps in the control center settings panel aren’t showing up. I already restarted. Software up to date as well. Any ideas? It seems like a bug.

Screen Recording Setting is blank with no apps and no way to add them Something changed in the last week, and now my video conferencing apps no longer work with screen sharing, and the settings options are not working correctly. Instead of listing applications to allow the screen is blank, and when I attempt to add an application, it allows me to follow the steps but never adds the application to the list. Has anyone seen this before and know how to fix this?

Screen Recording icon missing from Control Center on iPhone 13 my iPhone 13 is not showing the screen recording icon , then I went to check the control center , there is no app showing there to start with . The access with app is turned on , I force restarted my phone and check again still not showing, I as well reset the control center it’s still the same . I checked if my iPhone software is updated , yes it’s up to date . Pls what else do I need to do to have the screen recording pop out ?. Thank you [Edited by Moderator]

what happens if you open control center and click on the + in the upper left corner so the items begin to wiggle and you click on the

(+) add a control in the bottom of the screen?
