Scam.
Apple does not get involved with lost or stolen phones. They will never send a message like this.
Do NOT click on the link. Ignore and delete
Hopefully, you did not provide any information after you clicked the link. If you did, you gave over control of your phone to whoever had the phone at the time, so they could set up the phone as their own.

This is from criminals, who are trying to get you to
Do not click on any link and do not give them the time of day. Expect them to keep sending messages like this for a while (in the hopes of getting a free "payday" at your expense) – and be on your guard.
Cause I lost an iPhone later last year I thought it was the set up I did and I have clicked the link long ago 🫣
