How can I reinstall App Store on my iPhone?
I deleted the App Store from my phone and now I can’t re-download it again

The App Store app cannot be deleted, which usually means that Focus, Screen Time, or Parental Controls has been enabled here and has not been configured to allow access, or the app was moved to the App Library and only accessible there.
Or the iPhone or iPad is supervised.
Once in a while (quite rarely), a reset is needed.
First, search for the App Store app using Spotlight. If this shows the App Store app, press and hold on it, and select Add to Home Screen.
A common cause when Screen Time is enabled: Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > enable Installing Apps, Deleting Apps, and/or In-app Purchases
