Charge the phone to 100% to help calibrate the battery correctly. It is impossible to overcharge the phone, so you could plug the power supply in to the phone at night and let the phone charge overnight.

Amount to Charge iPhone:
Charge it all the way to 100% or whatever amount it goes to(it may not make it to 100% with a failing battery). Always keep an eye on the Battery Health. Whenever the Battery Health reaches below 80%, Apple Recommends you get a new battery. Note that there is no way to determine why, nor when, then Battery Health decreased.
