My iPad recently updated to iPadOS 18 and now my wi-fi connections keep dropping every 30 seconds or so. Tried multiple other wi-fi networks I have used in the past without issue and now with this update my iPad can not keep a connection.

Do you have a 3rd party VPN installed, even if you are not using it? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile. If that fixes it, you can try reinstalling VPN.

That worked for a while... but the problem is still there. This doesn't happen on my home wireless, only at work, so I wonder what iOS 18 introduced that's incompatible with our Cisco-driven main network.
If you have a VPN other than a work VPN delete its profile. VPNs don’t play nice with each other.
