Copy contacts iPhone to PC
Can you COPY contacts from iPhone to PC? Not sure what “transfer” means when found an answer before. I want the contacts to be on both devices, not off iPhone to PC.

Yes, you can copy contacts from your iPhone to your PC by enabling "Contacts" syncing within your iCloud settings, which essentially means any changes made to your contacts on your iPhone will automatically appear on your PC when you access your iCloud account on a web browser this effectively keeps your contacts "live" on both devices.
How to do it:
You may be overthinking this.
What company is the account provider for your email/calendar/contacts (e.g. Apple, Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, etc.)?
What application are you using for email and contacts on your PC (e.g. Outlook, Thunderbird, browser)?
For the vast majority of modern account providers, all you would need to do is to add the account that is already used on your iPhone to the PC, and your contacts would likely just show up in whichever app your are using for contacts on the PC. This is because just like your mail, contacts are actually stored on a provider's server and the iPhone just provides an interface for your to make use of them. The same goes for any number of other devices that you may want to use the same contacts from.
