No one can answer this question here.

What we do know is, this settlement, if or when approved, will apply ONLY to people in the US, who must also attest in writing they were negatively impacted by Siri. I know I wouldn't perjure myself as I certainly can't attest Siri did any of the things claimed in the suit. And lastly, the payout is likely to be around $20. Hardly worth the effort, if you ask me.

The proposed settlement has not been approved by the court at this time.
