How can I remove Google Photos from iPhone without losing photos?

My Gmail has been shut down by Google because they are forcing me to pay for added storage! My IPhone has 500GB of memory I pay iCloud for storage now google is wanting money too I’m sick of this scam! How do I remove Google photos from my I phone and not have my photos deleted??
