Why does my iPhone randomly change languages?

Sorry it’s my first time posting and I’m not very technically oriented. I notice it when I’m texting and the automatic corrections don’t make sense. When I check it’s because the language has changed. I just change it back to English and it’s fine. It happens almost daily.

What do you have in settings > general > keyboard > keyboards? If more than one language, do you really need that? If not, use the Edit button to remove anything other than English.
It's unclear from your post whether the language change applies to Keyboards, your Apple ID, or the device itself.

It is the device, my iPhone. I have never had this problem with my IPad.
