Recovering data from accidentally erased Mac Pro SSD (2019) in recovery mode

I accidentally erased the entire Mac Pro SSD (2019) so the only thing I see in recovery mode is a flashing ? Mark in a file folder and no other options! Is there a way I can fix this?

Data Recovery M1 SSD I have an Apple M1 macbook Air 2020, 1 TB SSD. Initially my SSD had two partitions, MAC OS - 300 GB Data - 700 GB Due to some trackpad issues, I formatted MACos and was re-installing OS in MAC OS partition. While this was happening, it faced some issue and asked me to Erase all data and install the OS and accidentally I clicked on 'Erase All' and now after it got installed, I have a single drive of 1 TB with no data at all. NOT Symbol on MacBook Pro 2015 Reboot I installed my old Apple-branded 250GB HD into my MacBook Pro 15 (2015) and rebooted. It displayed a NOT symbol. I used command-R to enter recovery mode and opened Disk Utilities, intending to run Fist Aid. I selected each item in the righthand pane in order, from the bottom to the top and ran Fist Aid. It finished in 2 seconds with no errors. I noticed that the items in the righthand pane looked odd It has ... Internal > APPLE SSD SM0256G Media (251 GB), with nothing beneath it Disk Images > Apple Disk Image Media (2.15GB) > OS X Base System (2.01 GB) I'm ok reformatting and re-installing Big Sur or Monterey (it won't take anything higher than that) However, I'm not really sure which one the select and whether its ready to do that properly (not missing something) Can someone point me in the right direction on how to proceed?

if you erased the entire drive, you erased MacOS with it. You need to use recovery to re-install some version of macOS.

the question mark does Not appear in Recovery. It appears during ordinary startup.

t command R at startup to invoke recovery.

Yeah I did that but the recovery options didn’t come up, just the flashing ?….
