Unable to access full voicemail and change passcode on iPhone

My voicemail is full, but it won’t let me access to know when I try to change the passcode on it. It won’t let me accept the time available and my phone won’t answer. It keeps going to a woman who answers my phone for me and it’s not my message from must be the Founder one, but I think it has to do with my voicemail.
