How to transfer voice memos from Iphone to PC?

Hi,

I used to transfer all voice memos via ITunes from Iphone 14pro Max to PC Win11, but iTunes no longer syncs or has music (voice memos was a subset of music). Apple Music doesn't have voice memos anymore, and Apple ICloud shows the 1.7GB of voice memos but only allows me to delete them from the cloud. I have not synced music to iCloud and that doesn't seem relevant since voice mails show up in iCloud as does whatsapp backup..

I downloaded Apple Devices - which does allow back-up, but seems to be in order to sync music TO the iPhone, and gives no indication it will sync Voice Memos TO the phone.... I tried a back-up but no new voice memos have transferred and it has removed all the music off my phone...Apple devices doesn't have an option for voice memos or a genre of voice memos, only vocal!
