How can I activate the star rating system in Apple Music on Android?

Hi, I really love the star system in windows, but I cannot activate it in android. Is there a way to do it or will it be a future implementation of that feature? I find it pretty useful to order my songs per album and playlists

How do I turn off Automatic Album Ratings in iTunes/Apple Music? I use star ratings to organise my music library using Smart Playlists but iTunes/Apple Music keeps putting grey stars on songs in my library and then they appear in my smart playlists. How do I turn off this functionality? This has been an issue in iTunes for like 10+ years, surely Apple has addressed it or someone has found a solution. Please help.
