Garageband on a Mac Son0ma 14.5

The problem is that when I was editing I must have pressed something, now the playhead will only move in a small part of the track, how do I stop this please?

GarageBand Stuck on Wrong Menu The image below is the opening screen I get when I launch GarageBand on my new MacBook Silicon M2. It should be the GarageBand main menu. I deleted the app, reloaded it from the App Store and still get this image that will not allow me into GarageBand. Am I missing a command? I've used GarageBand for many years and never had this problem till now. Next stop will be Apple Support unless someone here has a suggestion of how to correct this.

Garageband sound issue- keeps regressing even when track Is locked Hello, I have a podcast interview to edit asap and I am losing my mind as the volume keeps regressing. I have tried locking it, but once I hit play to re-listen to the track, OR if I save it OR export to disk, it regresses. How do I fix this? Seems like a bug. Screens attached. Any help? regressed:

Could you have a cycle area turned on?
