deleted garage band song

i spent about 5 hours consecutively on a song i was really proud of. my first time using garage band. i pressed edm live loop, curious of what it would do & it overlayed over the entire song and deleted it all. I wasnt sure what happened and went off and back on the song to realize my entire song was gone. I dont think it was saved before & im torn. if there is anyway to recover it please let me know.
