Why is my microphone only working in the Camera app?

Mic sounds weird everywhere other then my camera app it sounds like someone scratching the mic it only is normal and works on camera and I tried restarting, looking in the setting for permission and cleaning the mic

Microphone not working on Zoom, Teams, Meet on iPad pro Microphones seem to work on camera app, but not on Zoom, Teams or Meet apps. Microphone is orange in control center and in Standard mode. Microphone it is not muted and is enabled for these apps on privacy settings. Any ideas?
