Audio issues on my iPhone 11 pro

My WhatsApp started by giving issues to record a voice message(when you press record it looks like it’s recording but it’s not) then my notification sound started playing after the notification came in like 45seconds after.

then certain apps that use audio started lagging

As soon as a voice message is played through the ear speakers, the sound is scratchy, the quality is very poor and quiet. If I then restart the voicemail or set the volume to zero once, the problem is no longer present. I have the same with teams. If I switch to speaker once and then back to ear speaker, it is fixed. I have tried everything in the meantime. I have even changed the phone several times in the meantime (2x iPhone 13 Pro Max and now iPhone 14 Pro Max). The phone has been reset several times, with and without backup, apps reinstalled several times, phone calls to Apple, etc. Has anyone had similar experience and can possibly give me a hint or tip what else can be done? Is there a possibility to send a bugreport to Whatsapp? Addendum: These problems have so far occurred exclusively with Whatsapp and Teams, signal and normal playback of music or videos works flawlessly.

Very Bad Audio Quality in Whatsapp on Earspeaker I have a problem with my iPhone 14 , it happens when I play a Whatsapp voice note or Whatsapp voice call on my ear not on speaker, I hear a robotic noise but it doesn’t happen all the time. Once I switch to speaker then back to the ear speaker it becomes normal. How can I fix this and is anyone facing the same problem on Whastapp?

have you updated the device to latest software??

restart the device and check if audio is working correctly .

My device is up to date on IOS 18.3.

I restarted, rebooted and reset my settings and nothing changed
