Apple intelligence not appearing on iPad Pro 6th gen

I’m just wondering why Apple intelligence isn’t showing on my iPad? It’s a 6th gen pro model, so I’m pretty sure it has the right chip, I’m on iOS 18.3, my language is set to English (Australia) and my region is also Australia. Are there any other requirements I’m missing?
