Why did my iPhone 11 not ring for Emergency alerts?

Hi, today we had an emergency alert, my husband’s phone (IPhone 11) alert rang, my phones (IPhone 11) as well did not ring. I checked my settings and there is no emergency alert listed in my notifications settings.i also checked my do not disturb focus and everything is fine there. Can anyone help as I feel this is a very important issue. Thanks in advance for any help
