Apple Account disabled in the App Store

I brought something on a game by accident. I sent multiple requests to get my money back but it still says it’s there. Now it trying to get me to pay for it and I can’t update or download anything…

Why Is my account disabled in the App Store and ITunes? So a couple of weeks ago I received charges from ITunes, which I don’t use, for about $50. I disputed these charges and got the money refunded through my bank, but now it seems that Apple has gone and completely disabled my usage of the App Store. I CANNOT update ANYTHING, which is going to make every app I have useless in a matter of time, any suggestions?

Account disabled in the App Store and itune I am unable to do any updates and or buy any points for games as everything seems to be disabled I called my bank to verify the card that I use ,which is a Amazon credit card, that I have used for years. I want to know who disabled my account and why
