Ample Guitar TC plugin no longer producing sound after closing and reopening project file

I have installed both the sound library and plugin files for the software. When initially used in logic, the virtual instrument works as expected. However, after closing and reopening the project file, the plugin still registers the MIDI data but no longer produces a sound.

I have reinstalled the plugin files several times already, however once again, the instrument only works the first time before the logic is closed and reopened. Resetting the AU file in the plugin manager doesn't seem to do anything either.

The default logic instruments still work as usual so I am very confused on how to fix this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated
