Cross-Dissolve and Fade Suddenly Not Working?????

I'm releasing a music video soon and made several ads for it. Last night, after editing, I watched all 5 of my ads back-to-back and they were all perfectly fine. The cross dissolves/fades worked. I didn't touch anything else the rest of the night. Now, I open up FCPX (for the first time since last night) to re-watch and export them tonight but, upon my re-watch of the first ad, all but one of my fade-outs were not working. I checked one of the other ads and had the same issue. I tried deleting the effect and reapplying it and it still didn't work for both Fade To Color and Cross Dissolve. I closed the app and re-opened it. Still not working. Everything in the Inspector looks good too.

I don't know what to do. I didn't change anything about the length of the clips last night so that shouldn't be an issue. Even if I had, I still had watched all my ads prior to closing FCPX for the night and they were all fine; All transitions were working. I also hadn't touched ANYTHING within the app tonight to have suddenly made the fades not work aside from simply pressing the spacebar to play the video.

Any thoughts on how to fix this? I basically have 'til this coming Monday (March 10th) to fix them since that's when I was planning to release the first one.

I'm on macOS Sequoia 15.1.1 and using FCP 11.0.1 which is the newest update.
