Clearing storage space on my iPad
How does these two items using so many storage on my iPad, how should I clear it. I already tried to delete the browsing history of the safari

Check here…
settings > apps > Safari > downloads > remove downloads . You can choose after one day , upon successful downloads or manually . The system data can't be removed .
