Apple Pay Transaction Scam

I received the message saying I made a purchase, but have not made a purchase, does anyone know if it’s a scam?

Apple Pay scam? It has ben 2 days now that 1 card on my apple wallet is not working (don't know why) and today I received a message saying "Your Apple wallet has been temporarily suspended. To continue using contactless payments visit" I checked online and the page that appears is: Obviously, if I click on the link it asks for all my personal details. How do they know that I have a card that is not working from 21st July on my wallet??? [Edited by Moderator]

Apple sends no such messages. Delete it and move on.
