Facing multiple issues on iPhone 16 Pro Max

iphone is in with repair service and they told me today that there is no hardware issue and I can take the phone back and see how things go . The screen is freezing and the battery is draining and message saying my storage is full also the touch screen is not responding at time and certain texts
