Can’t Shut Down Apple Watch to Reset

I have an Apple Watch which has a slight scratch on the screen , where moisture can get in. When this happens (only the second time) the screen display goes bezerk, everything is super large so it can’t enter the Passcode to unlock it, The last time this happened, my all I did was put the watch on the charger and it cleared the screen of enormous characters. I need to know how to reset my phone given that I can’t access the screen.

Apple Watch SE, watchOS 11

You can try a Force Restart of the Watch. Press and hold the Digital Crown and power buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. You should be able to unlock your Watch with your iPhone? I would tell you to get the display fixed, as your problems will just continue and/or get worse.
