I logged out of icloud and all my more than 700 photos disappeared please return my photos please

Did you go to iCloud on a browser and check for your photos? If they were synced to iCloud, they would be there and when you logged back into iCloud on your phone, would need to make sure that you turned on the switch for Photos for them to sync.
