Recently Nepal Telecom( NTC) has launched VoWiFi service without any regional restrictions. But when I tried to use WiFi Calling service from iPhone 11 ( iOS 18.3 running ), it doesn't show the icon and doesn't work. Is there any problem with iphone.

Contact your carrier for help with their service. If the WiFi calling option isn't showing, they haven't provisioned you phone for the service.
You may have to pay an extra fee for WiFi calling, have you contacted them letting them know you want this, it is not an automatic upgrade.
well, operator might not have provisioned on iphone that might be the reason. But as per operator, there's no extra fee for wifi calling feature but operator has enabled for almost all wifi calling supporting device
