Microphone not working on iPhone 15 Pro Max

Talk to text and other microphone functions are not working, except for ask Siri. Dictation is turned on. I have powered off my phone which did not fix the problem.

My microphone looks like it is muted in messages when trying to use voice to text My microphone on my iphone 12 appears as if it is muted when trying to use voice to text. In addition, Siri does not work. I have reset all settings and nothing is working. Latest version 16.0.2

I just updated my phone and now it is working.
