This is showing up on my Discover card without phone number or anyway to actually cancel it

Apple.com apps Cancellation How do I cancel a subscription from Apple.com. I just got a renewal charge notice, and I want to cancel that subscription. There is a transaction # but I can't figure out which app it is. Can anyone help me?
